Come 23rd of May, JW Marriott Mumbai's Lotus will host a gastronomical culinary fare for its patrons designed, curated & delivered by 30 of Marriott India's best chefs. Over three days, these culinary geniuses will come together for the 'Marriott India Chefs' Workshop' to discuss evolving culinary trends, work on innovative methodologies & techniques &lay out an exhaustive and exquisite food fare. Each chef would bring in & showcase their expertise along with carrying a bit of the culinary stories, and popular authentic dishes from the places their properties are set in.
Speaking on this grand event, ToineHoeksel, Culinary Director Asia Pacific, Marriott International said, "We are immensely excited to end quarter 1 of the year 2016 with the Marriott India Chefs Workshop, bringing together a powerhouse of talent that makes up the culinary team for Marriott India.
